Refund policy

You have up to 14 days from receiving the items, to return your order and request a refund. To do this, you should send the garment to the following address:

Please send AWB/tracking number to hello@linemarkvardsen.com.

Unannounced returns are not accepted.

If sending from outside the EU please also fill in the VAT number when sending the parcel: VAT number: 39393182
And advice that the parcel is a RETURN. Please note this info must be put in the postal document - not written outside on the box. 

Line Markvardsen is not obliged to resend returns which are delivered after the exchange period of 14 days. The customer will be charged with the shipping fee for the re-shipment.

Please note: We are not able to exchange sizes.

In case you do not pick up your package and it is returned to us by the postal service, we will deduct the cost of return from your credited amount.

Returns Conditions
When making returns, please bear in mind that:

1) The handling time on return orders can be up to 14 business days from receival date. Please note that you can track your package to see the receival date since you won’t receive a confirmation upon receipt.

2) Any items returned must be in the same condition in which you received them. Do not return in plastic bag without the box as this can harm the garment. For orders returned without the inside box a fee of 10 euro will be deducted from the refund.

3) When we receive your package, we will inspect the condition of the items before proceeding to reimburse the returned items.

4) In the case of postal returns, Line Markvardsen will not accept carriage due or payment on delivery and will not pay the delivery or return charges.

5) Packages must be shipped directly to our warehouse. It isn’t possible for Line Markvardsen, to pick up packages sent to postal shops.

6) Return charges are not covered by Line Markvardsen.

7) If you would like us to send a return ticket we can do this at an additional charge of 20-120 euro depending on your location. Please write to us to acquire a return ticket: hello@linemarkvardsen.com
